Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities


Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
