Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple chat channels at one time, providing seamless communication with customers across various platforms.

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.

Perform Data Entry and Customer Service skills, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
