Remote Scrum Master Jr needs 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master Remote Scrum Master Jr requires: • Loss Prevention experience • JIRA and Confluence • Agile; SAFe • Mural, Service Now and PowerBI • PowerPoint • Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Remote Scrum Master Jr duties: • Lead the scrum team • Collaborate with the technical lead/s to plan the team’s work and support the teams needs based on priorities • Drive Loss Prevention Epics/Features and initiatives by contributing to stakeholder/ communication/ vendor/ financial management • Acts as an escalation point for issues related to delivery • Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking • Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectives • Ensures team agreements are in place and mirrors adherence to SAFe/Agile practices • Drives iteration commitments and plan for delivering business value • Collaborates with other Scrum Masters across as necessary, e.g., Scrum of Scrums Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
