Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our product information systems. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Data Entry & Management


Accurately input and update product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and categories into our inventory management systems
Maintain current pricing data and ensure all price changes are reflected accurately across all platforms
Track and update inventory levels in real-time to prevent overselling and ensure order fulfillment efficiency
Enter new product listings with complete and SEO-optimized information
Process data imports and exports as required by various departments


Quality Assurance & Accuracy


Conduct thorough quality checks on all entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy
Identify and rectify any discrepancies, errors, or duplications in the database promptly
Perform regular audits of existing product data to maintain consistency and quality standards
Verify that all product images, documents, and attachments are properly linked and formatted
Document data issues and work with the team to implement preventive measures


Collaboration & Communication


Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless information flow
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and supervisors in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements

Documentation & Reporting
