A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Manager

As the customers' last point of contact, our Customer Service Managers ensure they can make their purchases quickly and efficiently while handling any concerns or questions they may have. Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a high level of productivity
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
Related experience in customer service, retail, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
Availability to work seven days a week, including evenings and weekends
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and managing inventory
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
