**Minimum Requirements:**
High School Diploma or GED
One year of customer service experience (preferred)
Own PC and high-speed Internet service (both will be tested as part of the application process)
Desktop PC (preferred) with Windows 8.1 (or higher) and OSX 10.13+ (or later)
Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
Telephone (landline or cell) required based on the position offered
Strong computer and Internet skills, comfortable operating in multiple applications simultaneously
Typing test will be part of the application process
People person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
