Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team as a Part-Time Weekend Evening Shift Associate. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
Empathizing with customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Access to consistently stable internet connection
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
