Key Responsibilities: As a District Support Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:


Supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy operations, including patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Developing and implementing patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate our services from competitors.
Motivating and inspiring pharmacy support staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our pharmacy.
Identifying business opportunities and contributing to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
Leading by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
Adapting to change and adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:


An active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed.
Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree (preferred).
