Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions and recommendations, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience. Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, with a keen eye for detail. The physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, with frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
