About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist II to join our growing Call Center team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our global operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Receive and handle inbound calls for various lines of business, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Interpret and analyze customer complaints, identifying the root cause of issues and routing requests to specialized departments for advanced handling when necessary. Process dispute requests, obtaining proof to validate customer concerns and resolving issues through direct contact with financial institutions. Maintain the integrity of our database by ensuring data quality and accuracy, adhering to guidelines established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and relevant state and country credit regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and arenaflex's standard operational procedures, participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and expertise. Essential Qualifications: 1 year of inbound call handling experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment, with an occupancy rate of 85-90%. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in PC and internet skills, with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions. Short-term visual memory and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling support requests from various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Ability to arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources effectively, with a focus on prioritization and productivity. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and understand complex problems or situations. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration tools and technologies.
