Nakupuna Services is seeking a Training/Access Management Project Manager to support the Defense Health Agency in managing DMLSS LogiCole FM training and user access. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing training programs while ensuring workforce readiness and continuous improvement across Military Treatment Facilities.ResponsibilitiesServe as the DMLSS/LogiCole FM Program Training Manager overseeing the development, implementation, and sustainment of training programs, training metrics, and educational materials supporting DHA training requirementsDeliver classroom, on-site, remote, and web-based training to government and contractor personnel across CONUS and OCONUS locations in coordination with DHA stakeholdersProvide comprehensive transition assistance, operational guidance, process conversion support, and documentation to DHA Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs)Conduct training site visits and targeted instructional support based on DHA priorities, identified system utilization issues, personnel turnover, and operational requirementsDevelop and deliver monthly sustainment training sessions for Area of Responsibility (AOR) personnel utilizing video teleconference platformsPrepare and present instructional seminars, workshops, and professional presentations in audio/visual formats covering facility care, operational standards, maintenance processes, and DMLSS/LogiCole FM functionalityDevelop and maintain advanced training programs covering topics such as: Advanced BO Reporting, AutoCAD and DrawBase integration, BUILDER interface integration, Data transmission standards and best practices, Enterprise data management proceduresDevelop, maintain, and continuously update educational materials, user guides, instructor manuals, evaluation tools, and training documentation to DHA standardsUtilize structured evaluation methodologies to assess training effectiveness, user comprehension, and program performance, incorporating improvements into future sessionsCoordinate with DoD educators and stakeholders regarding training records management, course attendance documentation, instructor materials, assessment forms, and evaluation trackingResearch and analyze business and end-user requirements utilizing systems analysis techniques to identify software functionality needs and training gapsDevelop, maintain, and manage DHA user account portfolios and standardized DMLSS/LogiCole FM user profiles to support enterprise access management and governance standardsProvide administration, maintenance, and management support for the DHA DMLSS/LogiCole FM SharePoint Management ProgramTrain facility management personnel and MTF staff on the use of the DMLSS/LogiCole FM Customer Support Work Request system to support electronic work order submission and facility management workflowsGenerate reports and operational data outputs using DMLSS/LogiCole FM modules to support training analysis and operational decision-makingSkillsMinimum of two (2) to four (4) years of DMLSS-FM experienceExtensive knowledge and proficiency in all DMLSS/LogiCole FM modules and associated facility management business processesExperience developing and delivering enterprise-level training programs in classroom, virtual, and on-site environmentsStrong instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodology skillsExperience preparing technical documentation, training manuals, presentations, and educational materialsKnowledge of SharePoint administration and collaboration environmentsAbility to analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into training and support solutionsStrong organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience supporting enterprise user account management and access control processesAbility to support geographically dispersed users in both CONUS and OCONUS environmentsOne year of specialized DMLSS LogiCole FM instructional experience demonstrating knowledge of training methods and techniquesFive years of Microsoft Office experience requiredBachelor's degree in related discipline with three years of DoD experience and eight years of DMLSS LogiCole FM experienceFamiliarity with DHA-FE operational environments and Military Treatment Facility workflowsExperience supporting CAFM/CMMS systems and facility management operationsKnowledge of AutoCAD, DrawBase, BUILDER, and related facility management integration toolsExperience conducting systems analysis and software functional requirements assessmentsExperience managing enterprise training metrics, evaluation methodologies, and quality assurance processesKnowledge of customer support ticketing/work request systems within facility management operationsCompany OverviewNakupuna Companies provides management consulting services specializing in IT, facilities support, and environmental services.
