About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Relations Agent to join our high-energy and connected culture. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them resolve their queries and issues related to our payment terminals and services. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive timely and reliable support, whether it's through phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, resolving queries and issues related to our payment terminals and services. Act as a problem-solver, finding creative solutions to complex customer issues. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and technologies. Contribute to the growth and development of our Customer Relations team, sharing your expertise and ideas to improve our processes and services. What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support. If you have: Excellent communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly. Empathy and a customer-centric approach, with a drive to help others and find solutions. A willingness to learn and develop, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and technologies. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required – we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
