? Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
? Support customers with policy updates, billing questions, and claims information.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

What We're Looking For:
? Prior experience in a call center, insurance, or customer service role is highly preferred.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping people.
? Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Must have access to strong, stable wifi at home.
? Tech-savvy with proficiency in working with software and CRM systems (training provided).
? A positive attitude, professionalism, and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Compensation:
$13/hr.
