Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines. Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies. Build and guide custom asset pipelines, empowering our team to create high-quality products and services. Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures, driving innovation and excellence. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for empowering others and a keen interest in data entry. You'll also require: A strong understanding of the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. Experience with custom standalone gear and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of game engines and structures. The ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: Experience with custom game engines, such as Unreal or Unity.
