Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and written correspondence, responding to routine and complex inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on CDC Public Response procedures, policies, and protocols, providing knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to careerzynith standards.


Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:


High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months of customer service/administrative/call center experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection, private work area, and adequate power source.
Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and alternate schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience with phone systems, headsets, and CRM software.
Additional training or education in a related field, such as health information management or public health.
Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
