What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Franchisees and departments to manage client accounts and optimize payment cycles
- Assist Franchise Owners with updating billing schedules and processing invoices
- Manage ticketing system to resolve customer and franchise issues efficiently
- Conduct monthly revenue analysis to ensure accurate reporting and address discrepancies
- Handle high volume of collection activities to maximize cash receipts and reduce outstanding balances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
- Strong communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with billing and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration within the workplace
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
