About the position Responsibilities • Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Analyze data and identify trends to improve revenue cycle performance. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices in revenue cycle management. • Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle policies and procedures. • Prepare reports and present findings to management. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. • Demonstrated ability to organize and plan effectively in a fast-paced environment.
