Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales promotions, and store policies to accurately assist customers.
Be a brand ambassador by embodying the Adidas values and promoting the brand image to customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times while representing Adidas.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Contribute to the overall success of the store by completing any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
