Job Description Job DescriptionRole:- Sr SalesForce Administrator Location:- Bellevue, WA Visa:- Any Duration:- 12 Months Interview:- Phone/SkypeResponsibilities: β¦ Apply functional domain expertise and industry learnings/expertise to help guide solution options analysis, working closely with both business and technical teams, with consideration of both technical and non-technical implications and trade-offs. β¦ Plan and execute deployments from multiple project team, including the validation of cross-tenant compatibility with each deployment.β¦ Ensure best practices are followed for any requested changes to the standard data objects. β¦ Provide oversight to permissions/profiles and manage the user provisioning process and available licenses. β¦ Support and implement 3rd party integrations (e.g. web to lead). β¦ Partner with business and technical team to understand, plan and mitigate impacts of Salesforce releases. β¦ Participate in sprint planning/capacity management for the administration team and development resources assigned to operational support.β¦ Organize/lead prototype development, participate in demos & user acceptance reviews, work with technical leads on the creation of design documents and artifacts. β¦ Key partner in communications regarding the Salesforce platform for team members, impacted groups, and project owners/leaders. β¦ Qualifications andExperience: β¦ Bachelorβs Degree with 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. β¦ Deep practical experience administering a large Salesforce implementation (1000+ users). β¦ SalesforceAdvanced Admin Certification(s).β¦ Experience with deployment methods beyond the use of change sets. β¦ Experience working with Salesforce Communities (Community Builder, Community Manager, etc.). β¦ Experience in all phases of a project including working both with technical teams as well as business users. β¦ Expertise in all aspects of configuration, with the practical skills to identify when coding/customization is needed and direct those requirements. β¦ Ability to configure and implement applications from multiple vendors (e.g. AppExchange components).β¦ Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive technical requirements and priorities. β¦ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, including the ability to arbitrate and objectively evaluate competing requests across the tenants. β¦ Take a strategic viewpoint and apply critical thinking skills to near-term work product. β¦ Able to adjust work-style and communication to match team or audience, especially when working with non-technical resources.β¦ Ability to create clear procedures and system documentation. β¦ Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time. β¦ Ability to facilitate small teams, guiding work delivery and quality. β¦ Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality. β¦ Test and QA of enhancements/changes using a sandbox. β¦ Knowledgeable in setting up and maintaining roles, profiles, sharing settings, validation rules, advanced formulas, workflows, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards.β¦ Comfortable with configuration, customization, data management (data management tools), campaign management, training and support for AppExchange applications, support for custom integrations. β¦ Knowledgeable and familiar working in Lightning Experience. β¦ Understanding of Agile Methodology. β¦ Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis β¦ Must be in the Seattle area; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time Desired Skills: β¦ A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.β¦ Ability to work independently. β¦ Flexible working style, ability to work in various types of client environments. β¦ Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to communicate effectively across the organization. β¦ Ability to lead decision making through influence, with the ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of the client as needed throughout the project lifecycle. β¦ Collaborative working style with the ability to flex with many different types of working styles on client site.Apply tot his job
