They are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant who will manage complex sales projects, develop account strategies, and maintain key customer relationships to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesMaintains a minimum revenue accountability (a personal sales quota)Acts as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basisResponsible for identifying the influencers and key decision makers within the account and establishing/maintaining close relationships with themMay provide regional sales coverage for a Global Customer Unit or Leadership Customer UnitDevelops account strategies in conjunction with BD team members and executes tacticsInvestigates potential new accounts and opportunities within the account or regionEnsures that the minimum revenue objectives for the assigned territory are achievedActs as the Customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focusedDelivers quotations and RFQ responses to customersSkillsExpertise in sales and relationship managementAbility to oversee extremely complex or multiple complex projectsHigh degree of judgment and independence in developing solutionsAbility to develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projectsWidely known internal authority within their account baseAbility to influence the direction and strategy of the company or business unitAccountable for overall relationship management within assigned accountsMaintains a minimum revenue accountability (a personal sales quota)Acts as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basisResponsible for identifying the influencers and key decision makers within the accountDevelops account strategies in conjunction with BD team members and executes tacticsEnsures that the minimum revenue objectives for the assigned territory are achievedActs as the Customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focusedDelivers quotations and RFQ responses to customersExtremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skillsStrong reporting skills, as well as, time and priority management skillsStrong strategic planning and execution skillsStrong team management skills and high level of ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional teamSome electronics knowledge/background is essentialKnowledge and experience in the sales of Services is criticalEight years of applicable sales experienceBachelor's degree in related field (preferably in Business or Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.This is a remote position, with travel as necessary.Company OverviewCelestica is a manufacturing firm that provides design, hardware platform, and supply chain solutions to a multitude of industries.
