Responsibilities:
• Achieving customer satisfaction is possible by having an extensive knowledge of products and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional sales service
• To excel in the retail industry, it is crucial to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations and operational requirements
• Staying committed to your goals and persevering through challenges is essential to achieving success, whether in your personal or professional life
• Gains insight into customer needs by asking open-ended questions
• Expertise in Learning and Imparting Proficiency of Products and Trends to Meet Customers’ Standards
• Constantly develops their knowledge of product-related information, including upcoming releases and noteworthy industry trends
• The more diverse a workforce is, the more perspectives and ideas are brought to the table, leading to a richer and more innovative environment

Qualifications:
• If you have worked in retail for less than three years, you are still considered a beginner or an entry-level employee in this industry. However, your experience, no matter how short, can still be valuable in building your skills and knowledge in serving customers and managing retail operations
• Creating a superior customer experience involves being at ease and confident when engaging with customers
• The inspiration gained from dealing with customers and the thrill of sporting goods fuels a desire to achieve great results
• Commences working on assignments or responsibilities without the need for constant guidance
• A willingness to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
