Retail Operations Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Assistant team member, you will support daily operations and contribute to a positive in-store experience by managing merchandise and assisting customers. Primary duties include:
• Replenish shelves and maintain clean, organized product displays.
• Greet customers and help them find products and complete purchases.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns accurately.
• Ensure store cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining stock areas.
• Assist with inventory by stocking, rotating, and tracking merchandise.
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise as needed.
• Reliable, with a strong commitment to quality customer service.
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
