**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Selling insurance products and services to customers, including explaining policy details and answering questions
* Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Essential Qualifications**

* Must reside in Virginia
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
* Must have open availability during operating hours
* Professional customer service aptitude is essential

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

**Home Setup Requirements**

* Provided Equipment: careerzynith will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
* Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages
* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
