Job Title: Cleaning Specialist (Full-time, Part-time, Contract)
Location: Spring, Texas
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Tips: 100% of tips go to the cleaner

Responsibilities:
Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleaning tasks according to company SOPs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients and their property.
Work efficiently to meet assigned schedules and expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ensure all tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
Requirements:
1-2 years of cleaning experience required.
Must have your own cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, broom, duster, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces such as hardwood, tile, etc.).
Reliable transportation is a MUST.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.
Punctuality and reliability are critical.
A clean criminal record is preferred; applicants with a criminal history may not be considered.
