Our Home Health Nurse position offers a competitive salary range of $34.50 to $41.25 hourly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

As a Home Health Nurse, you will:
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Collaborate with the care team to promote patient health and independence
Supervise LPNs and HHAs
Complete documentation timely and accurately
Communicate patient progress to the clinical manager and care team
Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
