Summary

Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Employ various qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate user insights.
ā¢ Translate product team objectives into structured research plans.
ā¢ Independently conduct studies such as ethnographic explorations, one-on-one interviews, and usability testing, with mentorship support.
ā¢ Produce research reports and actionable recommendations; present findings to stakeholders with confidence.
ā¢ Foster strong collaboration with researchers and cross-functional partners in Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
ā¢ Demonstrate a growth mindset and curiosity about human behavior and decision-making.
ā¢ Generate insights that inform ideation and evaluate design effectiveness.
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
ā¢ Bachelorās degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, or product development; or Masterās degree with 2+ years of experience; or PhD with relevant experience.
ā¢ Academic background in a human behavior-related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Neuroscience, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
ā¢ Experience working on tech products and driving research insights.
ā¢ Experience in zero-to-one research.
ā¢ Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.
ā¢ Skilled in translating research findings into strategic narratives.

ā¢ Duration: 10 Months
ā¢ Pay Range: $31.50 - $36 per hour
ā¢ Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
