Research Manager, Advisory Board

Seeking compassionate individuals to serve on our nonprofit's advisory board as a Research Manager. Help shape our strategic direction, expand our reach, and advocate for psychological first aid and humanitarian relief.

As an Advisory Board Member Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring that our services align with our core values of empathy, compassion, and unconditional love. Your expertise, insights, and commitment will help us reach more individuals in need, providing them with the support and care they deserve during times of crisis.

Responsibilities:
• Advise on partnerships and opportunities to strengthen impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the nonprofit’s leadership team.
• Provide expertise, insight, and strategic advice in areas such as fundraising, community engagement, education, health, nonprofit management, or other relevant fields.
• Act as an ambassador for the organization by promoting its mission and programs to your network.
• Offer feedback on strategic initiatives, programming, and organizational growth.
• Share knowledge of community needs, opportunities, and resources.
• Advocate for the importance of psychological first aid and humanitarian relief, inspired by the compassion of Christ, to promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications:
• Passion for serving others and making a difference in the lives of those experiencing psychological distress and humanitarian crises.
• Commitment to upholding the values of empathy, compassion, and inclusivity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to dedicate time and effort to actively contribute to the organization’s mission and goals.
• 5 years of experience as a Research Supervisor.
