With over 1,500 staff, experts in 22+ countries and more than 60 years of development experience, we tackle complex community, national and transnational challenges — from governance and justice systems to climate resilience, infrastructure and social equity — with innovative thinking and a commitment to long-term impact.For more information, please see www.dt-global.comObjectives of the RoleThe Reports Analyst will assist the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in running and owning various processes such as but not limited to Group Management Reporting.Roles and Responsibilities Consolidate monthly global reports within expected timeframesRollover, prepare and release all global reports within expected timeframesMaintenance of Power BI tool used in Group reportingMaintenance of Power Query reportsAssist in the consolidation of Budget/Forecast in Group and upload final numbers to SprintProvide front-end finance administration back-up for SprintAssist in the production and analysis of financial tools/reports and operating metrics to measure financial and non-financial performance useful in decision-makingAdminister Group Finance SharePointMaintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and business partnersWork with internal and external auditors for any FP&A related requestsIdentify, recommend and implement process improvement and automation opportunitiesUndertake other duties as required About YouEssential Experience and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in Financial ReportingDesirableMinimum of 2 years of experience in Financial ReportingStrong attention to detailsStrong analytical and data handling skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work as part of a team and autonomously Why join DT Global?
