Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Avelo Airlines, you will be the primary point of contact for our passengers, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and resolving any concerns they may have. You will be responsible for managing a variety of customer service tasks, from answering general questions about flight schedules to handling more complex issues such as rebooking flights and processing refunds. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
