[Remote] Workday Systems Functional Analyst (Finance/Supply Chain) - Full Time - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Erlanger is a healthcare organization seeking a Workday Systems Functional Analyst who will serve as the ERP subject matter expert. This role involves assessing business needs, supporting system design and configuration, and ensuring data integrity and compliance within the Workday system.ResponsibilitiesConfigure business processes, security, dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and EIBsDocument workflows and create user friendly proceduresProvide training, guidance, and support to end usersPerform data analysis to support decision makingManage change communications, test system changes, and maintain documentationCollaborate with teams and vendors; communicate system updatesSupport business continuity and validate system integrity after downtimesTroubleshoot complex Workday issues; perform root cause analysisMaintain data integrity through audits and governance practicesMentor junior analystsPrioritize requests based on operational and regulatory needsTrack, escalate, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendorsMeet on call expectations and SLAsProvide team support and mentorshipMaintain certifications and apply new knowledgeEnsure accurate, timely communication and reduce duplicative workIdentify system efficiencies and improvement opportunitiesStay current on industry and regulatory changes impacting systemsSupport Workday integrations (Studio, RaaS, etc.)Ensure accurate role-based security and compliance with audit requirementsPerform functional testing and assist with cross team collaborationComplete project tasks on scheduleSupport Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancementsAssist with needs assessment, solution evaluation, demos, and testingMaintain required project and testing documentationPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent extensive work experience in managing Enterprise resource Management systems (Workday)3 years' Workday, with proven expertise in planning, configuring, deploying Workday HCM with a thorough understanding of database construction and system integrationsComplete education and pass certification in primary Workday application module(s) within 120 days of completed education and maintaining certification(s) as requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and foster cross functional collaborationBachelor's degree in business or systems analysis or similar degree with emphasis on data/information analysis (Workday)3-5+ years' Workday ConfigurationHealthcare experienceCompany OverviewErlanger, named among "America's Best Hospitals" by U.S. It was founded in 1889, and is headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, US, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
