[Remote] Workday Senior Certified Integrations Consultant

They are seeking a Workday Certified Senior Integrations Consultant who will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage client engagements while ensuring the adoption of Workday integrations and best practices.ResponsibilitiesWork on client engagements as a contributor; may lead small projectsBuild and maintain relationships with implementation teamsKeep Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of overall project statusMentor junior consultants and/or lead teamsProvide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where requiredLead discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentationManage competing prioritiesProvide feedback internally on project/product where areas of improvement are identifiedAdvise customers on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practicesEnsure the client is referenceable once the client is in productionParticipate in update training and other events that help share one’s integration & product skills with other consultantsUse field experience and product expertise to support our pre-sales organization in talking with prospective customersAssist in building ongoing relationships with customers to promote Intecrowd’s continued growth and successSkillsCurrent Workday Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) RequiredHands on experience implementing Workday integrations, post production support, or technical and/or functional consulting experience4+ years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendorsPrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software companyExperience with other HR Technology toolsExperience and understanding of Human Resources dataBusiness, Process, and Data Analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood negotiation and facilitation skillsAbility to work proactively and independently within a project frameworkWillingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certificationStrong interest in collaborative work with clientsExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance solution delivery is a plusProven ability to work within a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentAbility to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervisionExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsBachelor's Degree (or higher) with a focus in technology or relevant work experienceCompany OverviewIntecrowd is a Workday services partner with strong expertise in initial deployment, phase X, and post-production support for HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, Extend, and more.
