[Remote] Workday HRIS Configuration Lead (Recruiting, Talent & HCM)

The Workday HRIS Configuration Lead will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday across core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules, serving as the subject matter expert to ensure efficient solutions that support the full employee lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as SME for Workday business process (BP) design and configuration, with deep expertise across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modulesOwn end-to-end configuration including:Business Process Framework (BPF) designCondition rules, approvals, notificationsCalculated fields and validationsLead design and continuous improvement of core processes such as:Hire, job change, terminationRequisition, candidate lifecycle, offerPerformance management, talent reviews, succession planningEnsure alignment of BPs to business requirements while optimizing for scalability and complianceTranslate business requirements into scalable Workday configuration solutionsEvaluate new Workday features (bi-annual releases) and drive adoption opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to enhance employee and manager self-service experiencesIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through Workday configurationDrive adoption of new functionality to enhance employee lifecycle processesContribute to long-term HR technology strategy and roadmapSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of Workday configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, and/or TalentDeep expertise in Workday Business Process FrameworkProven experience designing and configuring end-to-end HR processesStrong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processesWorkday Pro Certification(s) (HCM, Recruiting, Talent)Experience with large, multi-entity or high-volume environmentsFamiliarity with integrations, reporting (Prism/Composite), and security frameworksBenefitsCommissions or bonus incentives, depending on the roleHealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday payGet early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay programCompany OverviewDriven Brands™, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the largest automotive services company in North America, providing a range of consumer and commercial automotive needs, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance and car wash.
