Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze and interpret operational, outcome, and financial datasets and reports.

ā¢ Work closely with analysts, managers, and leaders from various teams including clinical, health plan, Medical Economics, and Finance.

ā¢ Participate in management reviews, presenting and interpreting analysis results.

ā¢ Document changes to existing business processes and identify new opportunities for improvements.

ā¢ Conduct analysis to identify root causes and assist with problem management related to state requirements.
,
ā¢ Analyze business workflow and system needs for conversions and migrations.
,
ā¢ Prepare high-level user documentation as needed.
,
ā¢ Collaborate with supporting areas and processes for data analysis and synthesis.

ā¢ Package data-centric source material for senior leaders, including C Suite executives.
Requirements
ā¢ Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ā¢ 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
,
ā¢ 4+ years of managed care experience.
,
ā¢ Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to the job.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ā¢ Excel Power User and Power BI experience.
,
ā¢ Experience in making complex data easily digestible for various audiences.
,
ā¢ 1-3 years of formal training in Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis.

ā¢ Understanding of Utilization Management and/or Case Management processes, data, metrics, KPIs.

ā¢ Finance and/or Accounting experience or aptitude.
