As a Financials Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients on projects, creatively solving complex problems while mentoring newer consultants and contributing to internal business development.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate Workday Financial skills as well as project and industry experience and can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidanceCan run discovery sessions for a Workday financial projectLeader of a workstream. Inclusive of tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology componentsDeep knowledge of their workstream and can estimate effort/scope for that workstreamDirect the activities of consultants associated with their project under the guidance of an architectShow core Workday skills and project/industry experience that enables them to facilitate client requirement meetingsAct as a Mentor for lower-level employeesActively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be askedContribute to the internal goals of InvisorsSkills3+ Years of Workday HCM configurationWorkday project & Implementation ExperienceStrong Microsoft Excel skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
