- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Report any data issues or concerns to management
- Other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
- Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
