They are seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue performance across the designated region, while building relationships with contractors and executing strategic growth plans.ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver regional revenue performance, growth targets, and AOP commitmentsDevelop and execute region-specific growth strategies aligned with company prioritiesDrive revenue, mix, and margin improvementLead strategic engagement with distributor partnersDevelop joint business plans and drive share-of-wallet growthLead, coach, and hold accountable manufacturer reps and sales personnelConduct field visits and ride-alongsDrive adoption of key product initiatives including conversion strategiesBuild relationships with contractors and end-usersProvide actionable market insights and execute competitive strategiesPartner with internal teams to align executionSkillsManagement principles, including leadership, motivation, supervision and career developmentSales techniques - knows variety of techniques to develop customers, to address customer concerns, to persuade customers and to close a saleWriting skills - able to write grammatically correct, coherent reportsOral skills - able to address groups in a professional manner to present and promote the company and its productsIn depth knowledge of HVAC, including practices, products and building contractor organizationsWorking knowledge of the construction industry and the process of competitive bidding.
