[Remote] We're Hiring: Client Success Specialist (Freelance, Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Legal Podcast Network specializes in providing turnkey podcasting services for professionals, primarily attorneys. They are seeking a proactive and personable Client Success Associate to ensure that attorney clients have a seamless experience with their podcasting services.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Onboard new attorney clients and guide them through our processes
ā¢ Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise- including payment issues, ad copy, reports, etc
ā¢ Schedule podcast recordings and manage the production timeline
ā¢ Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are caught up and satisfied with our services
ā¢ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating their progress through the podcasting pipeline
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in customer service, preferably with clients such as lawyers
ā¢ Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and manage clients assertively
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Must have a computer and high-speed internet
ā¢ Must have a good camera separate from a laptop (regular web camera)
ā¢ Must have a dedicated work area with a professional background for regular video calls with clients
ā¢ Must have a good headset or microphone
ā¢ Understand that as a remote position, we will be using a program to monitor workflow
