Your primary responsibilities will include supporting customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing basic policy information, transferring calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handling other related duties as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that requires up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon.
