[Remote] Water Treatment Account Manager - Cleveland, OH

Chem-Aqua, Inc. is a wholly owned water treatment subsidiary of NCH Corporation, seeking a Water Treatment Account Manager to support their growth strategy. The role involves servicing boiler and cooling water systems for existing customers, including diagnostics, maintenance, and customer relationship management.ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned water testing and sampling as requiredCommunicate, record, and maintain relevant information regarding treatment operationsSchedule service and sales calls, including daily, weekly and monthly reportingAccurately report service callsPerform diagnostics on water treatment equipment: reverse osmosis Systems, water softeners, and other water treatment/conditioning systemsDetermine system condition, identify malfunctions, and take corrective actionsProvide routine preventative maintenance services; inspection, cleaning, and calibration of system components as necessary to assigned accountsAssist in identifying additional service needs and opportunities while developing and implementing customized solutions for our customersMaintain customer chemical inventory which may include liftingOther duties as assignedSkillsHighly motivated, self-starter with the ability to build relationships3-5 years of work experience in a field using mechanical principlesAbility to work flexible schedule, some weekends requiredVery organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesAbility to multi-task in an active working environmentAble to pass a drug and background check per the company requirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledgeable in MS Office applicationsKnowledgeable in a CRM software or related systemsKnowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work related technologyThis position requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or liftingBe able to wear protective gear for the face, ears, and gloves20 % travel requiredExperience in the water treatment or related industry a plusBenefitsNCH Corporation offers a full suite of benefits, employee development and recognition programs.Company OverviewChem-Aqua is a unique combination of knowledge, experience and stability.
