As VP of Revenue & Growth, you will lead the company's commercial growth, oversee client success, manage strategic relationships, and execute campaigns across markets.ResponsibilitiesBuild & Run pipeline and owning execution of hitting ARR goalsLead client onboarding, expansion planning, and execution of annual education and engagement programsTranslate client goals into platform strategies and ensure performance KPIs are met or exceededIdentify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities with existing partnersLead the development and execution of multi-market campaigns that align with brand objectivesTranslate brand goals into engaging, effective rep-facing media experiences on the CellarAI platform that drive rep engagement strategies, and incentive designs for maximum impactCollaborate closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand contentManage cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of assets and seamless program rolloutContinuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to boost engagement, learning retention, and sales resultsDevelop reporting to clients that seamlessly shows the value of CellarAIPartner with Engineering to drive product enhancements that deliver value to both clients and internal teamsCollaborate with product teams to surface platform feedback and inform roadmap prioritiesWork closely with marketing on client communications, case studies, and go-to-market messagingContribute to internal process development to scale delivery across a growing client baseSkills4–10 years of experience in growth, client success, sales, marketing, brand partnerships, or sales enablementExperience working with (or at) top-tier CPG brands, distributors, or trade marketing teamsProven ability to manage client relationships and complex programs across multiple stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking paired with tactical execution skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsComfortable in fast-paced, startup environments and ambiguityCPG experience preferredExperience with creative, product, or engineering teams a plusFamiliarity with the beverage alcohol industry is a strong plus, but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive compensation + equity in a growing startupFully remote team with flexible work cultureOpportunity to join a fast-growing startup reshaping trade marketingDirect impact on product direction, client success, and company growthCompany OverviewCellar introducing a new way to build the relationship between brands and distributors.
