Pomeroy is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic enterprise accounts and new customer acquisition. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing existing accounts, and building relationships with senior decision-makers to accelerate profitable growth and expand market share.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enterprise sales strategies that drive revenue growth across existing customers and new prospectsLead the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of net-new enterprise customersExpand revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account planningEstablish executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and technology decision-makersDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunitiesPartner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to maximize customer value and growthDrive complex enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through contract executionLead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key customersInfluence pricing, contract strategy, competitive positioning, and solution developmentBuild account growth plans designed to increase wallet share and long-term customer retentionProvide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reportingServe as a trusted advisor to customers while identifying opportunities to align solutions with business objectivesSkills10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue goalsProven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts while simultaneously generating net-new businessExperience selling complex technology, managed services, SaaS, consulting, outsourcing, or business solutionsStrong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makersDemonstrated success leading large, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersStrong consultative and value-based selling skillsExperience negotiating enterprise agreements and multi-year contractsProven ability to build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growthStrong business acumen with the ability to connect solutions to measurable business outcomesExperience working in highly collaborative environments with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsConsistent track record of new logo acquisition and account expansion performanceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferredMBA or advanced business degree is a plusCompany OverviewTechnology is mission-critical to your business so it must work โ€” continuously.
