We have recently restructured our operations and have received a large cash injection via institutional capital investors in New York. We currently have several projects in place, including 1) a 25 acre master planned community with 300 units in Palm Springs, and 2) a second 380 lot project in Palm Springs, and 3) a current pipeline of 200 units throughout California. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a a Remote Director of Development. Our team is remote in Southern California, and you will work remotely, however we're looking for someone who can meet with the team as needed in Los Angeles.
