The VP, Business Development – Rare & Orphan leads the strategy to execution process for the Rare and Orphan business model, focusing on building partnerships with pharmaceutical partners and developing programs to meet the needs of stakeholders along the patient journey.ResponsibilitiesCultivate relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Rare & Orphan space, ensuring Option Care Health is the #1 choice for their needsDevelop strategies, value propositions, and processes to propel the organization to excel in Rare & Orphan winsLead a cross-functional team to design and execute programs that meet the needs of all stakeholders along the patient journey in the Rare & Orphan spaceProvides leadership for regularly scheduled business reviews, accumulating evidence that demonstrates OPCH’s position as the partner of choice and providing insights for the partner that they otherwise would not have accessLeads in the identification and execution of plans to improve the enhanced service profile for all assigned therapies.
