We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant with expertise in Microsoft tools. As a key member of the support team, you will assist customers through live chat, offering quick and efficient resolutions to inquiries related to products, services, and software. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests through live chat.
Provide accurate, clear, and timely answers to customer questions related to company products, services, and particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers in resolving software-related problems, especially with Microsoft Teams... Outlook, and other Microsoft tools.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide reliable information to customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Consistently provide a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role, with experience in live chat support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
