Remote Virtual Bookkeeper.

Main Duties and Tasks
.Build and maintain two QuickBook accounts
· Review transactions and place them in their proper fields
· Prepare and submit EOM statements and EOY financials to the Executive Director and Accountant
· Suggest methodologies to simplify our receivables through automation- QuickBooks
· Assist the team in learning how to invoice through QuickBooks
· Share Best Practices to help with smart growth
· Run billing, client, and other reports on a routine basis

· In-depth understanding of accounting rules
· Must be authorized to work in the US
Technical Skills
· Required: Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks
· Required: Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
· Preferred: Familiarity with Payment Processing, and the QuickBooks SaaS solution
