They are seeking an Associate Director for B2B Sales GTM & Sales Enablement to shape regional go-to-market strategies and enable commercial teams to win more business across the Americas.ResponsibilitiesHelp define and evolve the B2B Sales GTM strategy for the AmericasIdentify priority markets, industries, buyer needs, and growth opportunitiesAlign regional priorities with the broader global sales strategySupport the rollout of B2B Sales offerings across existing clients and new prospectsSupport and energize the B2B Sales pipeline across the regionEquip sales, solutions, and account teams with the knowledge, messaging, and tools they need to succeedDevelop training and ramp-up approaches to improve commercial readinessAct as a coach and subject matter expert to help teams strengthen deal quality and win ratesProactively target priority accounts for B2B Sales opportunities, together with seller / account teamsPartner with sellers and account teams on key pursuitsContribute to solutioning, RFPs, bids, and client presentationsHelp articulate compelling B2B Sales value propositions for both new logo and cross-sell / upsell opportunitiesBuild strong relationships across internal teams and stakeholdersInfluence in a matrixed environment by bringing credibility, clarity, and energy. Help scale the practice by creating alignment, momentum, and shared understandingSkills5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closely related commercial rolesExperience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, inside sales and business development, and in revenue growth programsExperience supporting client-facing commercial initiatives or complex sales motionsAbility to build and support practical go-to-market strategiesExperience enabling teams to improve pipeline progression and commercial performanceComfortable supporting strategic pursuits and translating client needs into compelling solutionsStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively across sales, operations, solutions, and account teamsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsConfidence engaging with internal stakeholders and client-facing audiencesEntrepreneurial, proactive, and resourcefulAble to take initiative, create structure, and move work forwardTechnology and AI Curiosity: Tech-savvy and comfortable in modern digital business environments.
