[Remote] Virtual Auditor

The Virtual Auditor role involves conducting premium audits for clients by reviewing business operations and financial records, while working remotely and independently. Responsibilities • Individually scheduling appointments with clients to conduct the premium audit and obtain necessary information • Submitting audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM’s exclusive premium auditing software • Contacting clients and communicating via phone, email, and face to face discussions • Examining commercial businesses’ payroll and tax records • Evaluating operational practices • Adhering to customer requirements and quality standards • Maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity Skills • Strong customer service skills • Numbers-oriented • Home office capability, inclusive of reliable home internet and a Microsoft based computer • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook • Strong analytical skills • Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required Company Overview • We deliver professional services and technology solutions across the risk and insurance market, including claims, underwriting, distribution, regulation, customer experience, human capital, digital transformation and change management.
