**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence via email, ensuring clear and concise communication
* Assisting customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions, providing personalized support and guidance
* Answering customer inquiries about products and services offered, making recommendations to provide optimal product satisfaction
* Assisting with the maintenance of customer accounts by recording product and submission records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collecting customer feedback and making recommendations of potential products and/or services to management by analyzing customer needs
* Preparing product and/or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing valuable insights to improve our services

**What Will Make You Successful:**

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* 2 years of previous customer service/call center experience or relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge, with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop your skills
* Demonstrated experience learning new systems, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
* High attention to detail and quality-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely results
* Ability to multi-task with superior organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
* Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

**Work Hours:**

Our Customer Service Center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), from Monday to Saturday. We are currently recruiting for the work shift from 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time). Please do not apply for this role if you cannot work these hours.
