[Remote] Vice President Finance

The Vice President of Finance will lead the financial vision of the company, overseeing strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance while partnering with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and drive growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and proceduresOwn and enhance the organization-wide budgeting and forecasting processIncorporate market trends and data to drive more accurate financial planningDevelop and monitor long-term financial projections aligned with business goalsDeliver actionable financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-makingLeverage industry trends, data analytics, and benchmarks to inform recommendationsProvide financial input on key business initiatives, including growth strategiesTranslate complex financial data into clear, strategic guidance for leadershipAct as a strategic partner to department leaders on financial performanceTrack, analyze, and optimize performance against growth and efficiency targetsCollaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational prioritiesSupport accountability and informed decision-making across the organizationIdentify and implement strategies to drive growth and operational excellenceProvide financial expertise on contracts, vendor evaluations, and partnershipsSupport business development activities, including capital raises and M&AContribute to evaluating and prioritizing strategic opportunities across the businessSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field15+ years' experience in related finance roles supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysisProven track record of financial leadership in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a closely related fieldExpertise navigating complex regulatory environments and payer-provider relationshipsWorking knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with standard accounting practices.
