[Remote] Vertex SAP Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tekgence Inc is seeking a Vertex SAP Consultant with strong experience in SAP tax architecture and Vertex tax engine solutions. The consultant will support SAP–Vertex integrations, troubleshoot tax determination issues, and maintain Vertex configurations across Finance, Sales, and Procurement processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport and resolve SAP–Vertex integration issuesMaintain Vertex configurations and tax content updatesMonitor interfaces and troubleshoot transaction errorsPerform testing for enhancements and Vertex updatesCollaborate with Finance, Tax, and Business teamsCoordinate with Vertex support for issue resolutionSkillsHands-on experience with Vertex O Series or Vertex CloudStrong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and FI modulesExperience with tax determination, taxability rules, product tax codes, and jurisdiction codesTroubleshooting SAP–Vertex integrations, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, CPI/PI interfacesKnowledge of Sales & Use Tax, GST, and VAT conceptsExperience with incident management, production support, testing, and release activitiesHyperion Tax ProvisionHyperion Tax GovernanceHyperion Financial Management (HFM)FDMEECompany OverviewWe accelerate business transformation by solving complex technology, business and talent challenges.
